Porpoise Point 6 is a beautifully decorated top floor, corner unit oceanfront condo with panoramic views of the beach, ocean, and the Tybee Pier. This condo has been professionally decorated and features many high-end touches. The condo is situated on the south end of Tybee Island just steps to handi-cap friendly beach access at 18th Street. You will also be within short walking distance to many island restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Tybee Pier and Marine Science Center. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony! This is a prime spot to be in during events like the Tybee Pirate Fest in October and for fireworks like on July 3rd, Labor Day weekend, and New Year`s Eve

The living area for the condo features a comfortable couch and love seat and a 42-inch flat-screen TV, DVD, and beautiful hardwood floors. The dining area is surrounded by windows and features views past the deck and out to the ocean and will seat up to 6. There is access off the living area to the large 460 square foot covered private balcony which includes an outdoor table seating 5 and additional chairs for 4. The kitchen comes fully equipped including a dishwasher and there is additional seating for 4 at the bar. Located just off the hall is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and 32-inch flat-screen TV and has access to the balcony. The attached master bathroom has a dual sink vanity with granite counters, a large walk-in closet, and a tub/shower combo. The other two bedrooms are located off the entry hall and share the 2nd full bath which also has a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed and a 22-inch flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds and a 22-inch flat-screen TV. All bedrooms have plush carpeting and bathrooms are tiled.

This luxury condo is the perfect setting from which to enjoy a Tybee Island vacation. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 covered parking spaces in the garage for regular size vehicles. One additional space in building parking lot.
