Nautical Watch is located in a residential setting a short 3 block walk to North Beach access and just steps away from the North Island business districts which offer unique shops, dining, and art galleries. Walk about 7 steps up to the main floor which offers a semi-open floor plan with a living area with 42in flat-screen TV and DVD. Also on this level of the home, you will find a King bedroom with an attached full bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen along with two dining areas that offer dining for up to 12 people and an additional living area/den.

The second floor of the home offers 3 additional bedrooms and two full baths. There is a second master furnished with a King and attached full bath. There is also a bedroom furnished with two Double beds along with a kid's room with two twins. All bedrooms offer 32in flat-screen TVs except the Twin room.

The outdoor amenities of this home are truly unique and add a touch of whimsy while entertaining outdoors. Relax on the front porch swing, and enjoy the built-in charcoal cooking grill in the front yard. In the fenced backyard, there is a gas grill for cooking out and a dining table that seats 6. (Please note that there is a crow’s nest pictured in the exterior photo that is not accessible to guests).

Nautical Watch is located in the North Beach area of Tybee Island, just about a 4-minute walk to the nearest beach access at Byers Street. There is a beach, but no large wave action. The North Beach is considered a bay, it is where the Savannah River meets the ocean. You can watch dolphins at play, shrimp boats, and the large container ships travel to and from the Port of Savannah.
The home offers WIFI and has ample parking for up to three vehicles. Pet-friendly with an additional fee.
